Control Panels

Wunderlich-Malec engineers and technicians provide control customers with custom designed and quality-built control panels and integrated motor control centers. Our innovative panel and electrical solutions are built to meet the most stringent customer design criteria including control panels that comply with UL 508A, UL 698A, and UL 698 certification.

Winslow, Maine Fabrication Facilities

Wunderlich-Malec opened its Winslow Maine plant in September 2001 to provide Protective Relay and Control Panels for the Power market and Process Skids. In 2004 the business expanded to meet the needs of the emerging Modular Integrated Control House and Process Skid markets. Our engineering and systems integration skills provide added value to customers by designing innovative solutions that reduce costs and improve the quality of Power T&D substations.

Our Maine facility 2016 expansion is uniquely designed for Control House and Skid Manufacturing. This modern 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is designed for high-quality high-volume fabrication using the latest technologies and the facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

New Baldwin, 61,000 Sq.Ft. Florida Facility

To meet the expanding needs of the Power Distribution industry Wunderlich-Malec expanded to Florida with a new 61,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in June 2025. This sustainable ultramodern site continues to support our growing presence in the Modular Electrical Control Enclosure and Skid Fabrication industry, bringing our turnkey power solutions to meet the needs of more power distribution customers.

Experienced Control Panel Design & Quality Fabrication

Wunderlich-Malec skilled automation engineers offer design services from customer’s functional requirement documents. Our experienced project management, engineering and factory testing reduce schedule and field Commissioning costs. WM will provide fully tested panels to simulated field conditions.
