(WM), an Engineering News Record top 200 US engineering firm is excited to announce the hiring of Dagoberto Solis as the new Business Development Manager for its Electrical Engineering Business. Dagoberto is a proven strategic and innovative engineering leader with extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver highly complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the industrial and electric utility energy market sectors.

Clients benefit from Dagoberto’s skilled ability to develop client relationships, negotiate complex contracts, assist managing successful projects and providing support to ensure long term mutually beneficial customer relationships.
His professional career spans over two (2) decades since his 2001 graduation with a BS Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, while working as a Co-Op for Tampa Electric. His early career included engineering positions with Tampa Electric and General Electric. In 2008 he joined Beaudrey American Services where he advanced to General Manager.
With his client relationship and business leadership skills he has successfully:
- Worked closely with the leading Electric Utilities to propose and develop engineering solutions that improve reliability, efficiency and environmental compliance of their equipment and systems.
- Built long term customer relationships that provided compliance driven design initiatives that met the EPA Clean Water Act 316b regulatory upgrades.
- Collaborated and coordinated contractors and vendors to successfully deliver the full project life cycle from design to installation and commissioning.
- Managed end-to-end U.S. projects, leading sales, engineering, project execution, and client relationships across the Americas.
