Ted is a proven strategic and innovative engineering leader with extensive experience directing cross-functional teams to deliver high complexity, multi-disciplinary projects in industrial and renewable energy sectors.

His professional career spans three (3) decades since his 2009 graduation with a BS Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY with an International Study Programs in Cairo, Egypt. He advanced rapidly within Ecolab, Inc and most recently was the Engineering Manager at Nature Energy/Shell RNG an affiliate of Shell, PLC.
His leadership skills and teams successfully:
- Managed a $50 million portfolio, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, including permitting, vendor selection, and compliance with safety and sustainability standards (PHA, PSM, RMP, HAZOP).
- Fostered a customer focused organizational culture by mentoring engineers, conducting performance reviews, and aligning team objectives with business unit goals with client’s needs.
- Collaborated with external partners to optimize biomass delivery and offtake processes, improving project efficiency by 15% through standardized engineering methodologies.
- Guiding clients in managing budgets, fostering team development, and ensuring project success in process optimization, equipment design, and facilities applications.
